Back in college
So I haven’t been on much lately because of a lot of (TW) deaths in the family. In a nutshell: My dad passed away in January (I was very close with him), my grandfather (my dad’s father) passed away in March, and then my Granny (my grandfather’s wife) passed away just last Saturday while I was in North Carolina visiting my husband’s grandfather because he’s only been given a few months to live.
So to say I’ve had a rough couple of months is an understatement. In all that chaos, I’ve decided to go back to school. It was my dad’s dream for me to go back and get myself an education. Something he never had the chance to do.
After your dad is rushed to the emergency room 3 days before Christmas and then only 28 days later he’s gone.. you realize just how fast your whole life can be turned upside down.
So I’m going back to finish getting my degree in… wait for it… Sign Language Interpretation! Yeah it’s something I’ve always loved growing up. I never thought I’d actually do it though because my dream was always to be an OB/GYN, then I wanted to do nursing in labor and delivery. But I soon realized I’d never ever ever pass all the science for it so I decided to go for an ASL degree. I’m excited! Especially since I’ve some what have already been promised a job. My husband’s coworker’s wife owns the largest ASL interpreting company in Central Florida and she said once I have my degree to just call her up. So yay!!
Anyways, so yes this is why I’m never on anymore. Also since we’re in between seasons there’s not much “Klaine” going on and Darren’s concert isn’t coming to FL and Chris isn’t coming to FL sooooo… not much to look forward to. So please wish me luck in college! I would really really really appreciate it =) And hey, if you live in the Orlando region and go to college maybe we’ll pass each other in the halls or something ;)

With two weeks to go until graduation, Blaine’s mom had been pestering him to decide who he wanted to invite to the ceremony.
Not that it was of particular interest to him - he really didn’t mind who came. Cooper would have to be invited, or else he’d complain and Blaine wouldn’t stop hearing about it until his first high school reunion, and maybe even after that, too. His parents were a given. Maybe his grandmother, but she lived three hours away and she was old; perhaps she wouldn’t be up for travelling.
And then, of course, there was Kurt, who had promised he’d be there, no matter what happened.
It would be easy - if his morning sickness hadn’t come back with a vengeance almost as soon as the date arrived that meant he was four months pregnant, as if it had been planned.

I’m in South Carolina!
I’ve driven through here once when I was 9 but I’ve never actually stayed here before. My husband’s grandmother lives here and his grandfather lives in North Carolina. So today we’re spending it in SC and tomorrow we’re heading to NC.
Does anyone have any ideas on what we should do????
